How long have you been with Signature Systems, and what do you do here?
I have been working at Signature since August 2018 and I’m currently a Quality Assurance Manager.
What is your favorite thing about working at Signature Systems?
My favorite part about working at Signature is the team environment. From the operators in the production plant to top management, everyone is very supportive whenever we need to solve a problem. It is very rewarding to see people engaged and willing to work together to get the job done.
How has your career grown since starting with Signature Systems?
The challenges that were put in front of me at Signature made me realize that I needed to grow as a manager and become a better leader to support my team. I needed to learn new ways to keep up with technology and the skills to manage it. We constantly monitor our performance and look for ways to improve, learning from our successes and mistakes. It’s been an educational experience for me and my team, and we are proud of it. I feel that I am a better leader than I was before because of Signature.
Do you have a motto or personal mantra?
I have always applied this motto in my personal and professional life, “Help as many as you can while the opportunity is present.”
