Tell us about your time at Signature Systems.
I was referred by a friend when Signature first started producing MegaDeck. I started off in an entry-level position pressure washing and now, 10 years later, I have a career in manufacturing.

What do you like most about the company?
I like that Signature is invested in the professional and personal growth of its employees. The skills I’ve gained and career I’ve been able to create has helped me provide a better life for my family.

How would you describe the company?
Signature has changed in a lot of positive ways over the last 10 years. It’s rewarding to be a part of the company’s growth and success. Ultimately, the company has a culture of growth – for the business and its employees.
