How long have you been with Signature Systems, and what do you do here?
I started working at Signature Systems in May 2022, I’m currently a Machine Operator II in the Molding Department. I help run the machines, mainly our welding machine, and complete mold changes.

What is your favorite thing about working at Signature Systems?
My favorite parts of working at Signature are meeting my daily goals and the team I work with.

What has been your biggest accomplishment on our team?
My biggest accomplishment is setting the bar high for every machine that I work on.

How has your career grown since starting with Signature Systems?
I have learned a lot with Signature, especially in areas I have not previously encountered, and I have a lot of opportunities to continue to grow with the company.
