What is your role at Signature Systems?
My role as the Plant Human Resource Generalist includes recruiting and onboarding new employees, overseeing benefits enrollment, managing employee relations, and assisting all leads and supervisors with employee related issues.

What is your favorite part about working at Signature Systems?
My favorite part about working at Signature is how everyone here is so well rounded. We all wear multiple hats, which helps us reach our goals. I also enjoy working in this supportive environment where I know that if I have a question, someone nearby either knows the answer or we can work together to figure it out.

What has been your biggest accomplishments on our team?
My biggest accomplishments include hiring our first female supervisor in assembly, implementing employee surveys in Creole, and increasing everyone’s trust with the HR Department. When I first started, there were very few employees who wanted to collaborate with our department, but now every morning I have people ready to speak to me or they just stop by to say hi.

How has Signature Systems helped you in your career development?
Signature has multiple programs and self-leadership courses that have helped with my career development. I mainly enjoy the John Maxwell Leadership Course because the books are inspirational and give great examples and I have been able to implement what I've learned at work and in my personal life.
