What is your role at Signature Systems?
My role is to provide support for the production teams to ensure daily production goals are met.

Do you have a favorite project you’ve participated in at Signature Systems?
My favorite project was the Super Hulk 5 build. I learned a lot about the equipment during that build process and created strong relationships with several Signature team members.

What has been your biggest accomplishments on our team?
My biggest accomplishment is when I train other team members to help them achieve their career goals. I have had the pleasure of training several machine operators who have been promoted to production lead positions or production technician positions.

How has Signature Systems helped you in your career development?
Signature has provided me with opportunities to attend several training classes outside of the onsite training. Currently, I am participating in the John Maxwell Leadership Course and the lunch and learn program. These classes have helped me develop my skills as an employee and to work well with other people.
