How long have you been with Signature Systems, and what do you do here?
I started working at Signature on October 26, 2022, as an Electrical Technician in the Maintenance Department.

What is your favorite thing about working at Signature Systems?
My favorite thing about working at Signature is the multi-culture and family-oriented environment. It’s also encouraging that management is very supportive of our team.

What has been your biggest accomplishment on our team?
My two biggest accomplishments have been becoming a maintenance team leader and contributing to the continuous improvement of our facility.

How has your career grown since starting with Signature Systems?
I have had the opportunity to grow my career extremely fast. In October 2022, I started as an Electrical Technician and now, I am already a team leader.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?
Yes; every day is a blessing.
