Dear Friends and Partners,

We are incredibly appreciative of our partnership and wanted to reach out to share a message of support.

During the challenges related to COVID-19, we are operating around the CISA essential critical infrastructure workforce. We are following recommendations from the CDC while continuing to support our customers in energy, emergency services, government facilities and other critical infrastructure work areas.

We are committed to prioritizing your safety and the well-being of our Signature team. To limit the spread of COVID-19, our sales advisors, account managers and office personnel are preparing quotes, conducting online training sessions, taking orders, answering questions about current orders by phone, email and chat from their remote offices.

Additionally, our warehouses and Florida manufacturing plant are operating while following official guidance issued by the national and local governments, with safety policies in place. No disruption in the manufacturing schedule or order delays are expected at this time; we’ll reach out to customers directly if any timelines change.
