Jennie Stephens is a human resources leader with experience and a proven track record for developing talent and improving productivity in high-growth manufacturing organizations.
As Human Resources Director for Signature Systems since 2018, Stephens develops and drives the human resource strategy. Prior to joining Signature Systems, Stephens led all facets of human resources and organizational effectiveness for OSG USA, Inc., recognized as one of Illinois’ Best Places to Work. She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School and a BS from Northern Illinois University. Stephens is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
